The Hotel Sonnenhügel  is located on the outskirts of Bad Kissingen, a small town in the middle of Germany. Bad Kissingen can be reached by car (autobahn/highway A7, A70 or A71) or train (Hotel Sonnenhügel is 2 km far away from the train station uphill).

Important information concerning your stay

• Check-In from 4 p.m. guaranteed (pool area or indoor playground can be used from 2 p.m. on if you arrive earlier)
• Check-out until 11 a.m.
• All rooms and 2-room-appartements include bedding and towels
• WLAN: free
• Breakfast daily 7 – 10 a.m.
• Lunch noon to 1.30 p.m. / kids-lunch (kids-all-in) noon – 1 p.m.
• Dinner buffet 6 – 8.30 p.m.
• City tax has to be paid for every adult 18+. The city tax is not included in the hotel prices. Price 2025: 4,00 € per night and adult.
• Dogs are allowed (extra fee, just allowed in special rooms with limited availibility, please let us know at the time of booking), not allowed in the restaurants, pool, sport and kids areas
• Pool times daily 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sauna daily 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., textile free zone, from 5 p.m. adults only (16+)
• Towels and bathrobes for the pool visit are available at the reception free of charge with a deposit, return at the reception. Bathrobes for children are not available.
